Reiki
is a wonderful, simple way of sending healing. It can
be learned by anyone who is open to sending energy.
It provides an easy way to do self-healing, as
well as provide healing for others and the world around
us. In many ways, it can be compared to sending
the powerful, transformative energy of prayer. We
can all do it – we only need to build our trust and
faith in the process.
Learning
Reiki often helps people find their life purpose and
move through their own healing. It is a commitment
to your own growth and spirituality.
I teach
all Reiki classes in accordance with the standards of
the Canadian Reiki Association. Class times and
dates are flexible.
Please
inquire about class prices ("financially challenged"/student
rates are available). A registration form will be mailed
out upon request.
Registration
(with deposit of $50) is required two weeks before the
class commencement. Preparation material is sent
out to students before the class. All classes include:
attunement to Reiki, a manual, practise time, a certificate,
light snacks & refreshments.
Level
One Reiki What
you will learn:
- The history of
Reiki
- What is Reiki
and how it heals
- What is an attunement
- How to use Reiki
for self healing
- How to treat other
people using Reiki, including scanning and the hand
positions
Classes are usually
given in one evening (6:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.) plus one
day (9:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.).
Level
Two Reiki
What you will learn:
- How to give distance
healing
- How to increase
the power of Reiki with symbols
- How to deal with
mental/emotional issues more powerfully
- How to empower
your goals and break unwanted habits
- You will be attuned
to the 3 Usui symbols of Reiki.
Classes are usually
given in one full day (9:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.).
Advanced
Level Reiki What
you will learn:
- More on meditating
with the Reiki symbols
- The Reiki grid
- An introduction
to crystals and Reiki
- Aura clearing
- Preparation necessary
for the Master Level
You will be attuned
to all 4 Usui symbols.
Classes are usually
given in one full day (9:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.)
Master
Training What
you will learn:
- Instructions on
what it means to be a Reiki Master
- How to do healing
attunements and attunements for all levels of Reiki
- You will be attuned
to 4 Usui symbols and 2 Tibetan symbols. There
is practice time for doing the attunements. The
student must demonstrate that they can give an attunement
before receiving their certificate.
After your Master training,
you are qualified to teach Reiki and give healing attunements.
You may decide to have classes, or teach informally
with family and friends.

Appointments:
Available in person
or “at a distance”: Monday to Friday (occasional Saturday
and evening appointments).
In a comfortable, professional
atmosphere, you can both relax and renew yourself. Or
– from the comfort of your home, we can arrange for
distance healing (prepayment required). Or – for
those who require in-home/hospital treatment – this
can be arranged with a fee to cover additional expenses.
