Regression:

Regression
is a technique used to “time travel”. While
your physical body remains comfortably in
present time, your spiritual, emotional
and mental aspects can be in another time
and space. Travelling back into the
past is called “regression” and travelling
into the future is called “progression”.
Many of us have spontaneous memories arise
when something in our current life pushes
the correct “replay button” and we experience
“déjà vu”. We can purposefully
access these memories through dreams and
meditation and regression.

to find out something about the past

- Why
do I repeat certain behaviours? Why can’t
I seem to find a job or partner, etc. that
I enjoy? Why does my life feel unfulfilled?

- Regression
can help get to the root of issues and help
to change the patterns. We cannot
change the past, but we can change its
impact.

Manifest
your purpose - By
healing the past, we are free to recreate
our present and future. Our goals
become easier to achieve.

Progression
Progression is a powerful technique for manifesting our life purpose. It allows the client to time travel to the future and fully experience the goal happening. This is even more effective technique than visualization since the body mind and spirit align vibrationally with the intended goal.
Healing issues which stand in the way of the goal will arise easily. Clarity regarding the soul’s wisdom about the goal comes into awareness.
Is Regression Appropriate for everyone?
Most people, who can relax and follow simple instruction, can experience regression. It is not appropriate for some people. Anne assesses each situation and offers alternatives when needed.

We discuss
your goals, the process and address any
questions.

Sitting
or lying down, you are guided into a relaxed
state of mind and body using words
and music. You remain conscious of
the process during the session.

I facilitate
by asking questions to clarify what you
are seeing, feeling, doing.
|
|

|
In this
“memory moment” healing often arises. Old
emotions, beliefs and life decisions
can be changed. This can be done easily,
without reliving past trauma yet produce
profound healing. I use energy techniques
and visualization to assist this healing.

If you
remember uplifting events and qualities,
these can be reinforced so that this “positive
past” can influence the present more powerfully.
“You can recover gifts, talents and parts of your true nature which have been suppressed.”

When a
memory is complete, we come back to the
present and apply what you have learned
to what is happening in your life now.

|

With regression
complete, there is often a brief time of
healing and clearing. This helps you to
relax and fully integrate what has been
learned and changed.

time for feedback. Recommendations for more
sessions or different modalities may
be given
